Supernanny uses a visual domino effect to explain to Michael how his son Kyle's ADHD causes him to react to situations. It is a problem that his parents have not been able to fully understand, and therefore haven't been able to give Kyle the help he needs. The only way things will turn round is if the parents listen to Supernanny, and put these changes into place.
